Our Mission:

This Mata Charan Kaur Group of Institution is constructed in the memory of our honourable Mother Charan Kaur & Father S. Dhyan Singh they were our source of inspiration who not only inspired us to love and serve those who love us, but also who oppose or keep enmity towards us. They were very prayerful couple. They taught a lesson of forgiveness to us. They dedicated their life to help the poor.

To provide opportunities for educational, vocational, professional, social, linguistic and cultural development to the people of all abilities and backgrounds so that they can discover their potential and fulfill their aspirations by strong commitment to excellence and creativity in teaching and learning.

Our Vision:

Mata Charan Kaur Paramedical Education Society is also participationg in social activities and National Health Programe(Pulse Polio Programe), HIV/AID Seminar, T.B.Seminar, R.C.H.(Reproductive Child health) Seminar. Traffic Awareness Seminar, Besides all that, Femaile Infanticide which is current topic is also discussed in all seminar. R.C.H. projects has been running in slum area. To value originality and vision, encourage initiative and promote creativity. Vision is to make our motherland an intellectually formidable power-house by creating a cadre of motivated and prospective individuals.

3) Mata Charan Kaur Institute of Para Medical Science was established in 1996. All courses recognised by Board and Other Universities.

4) Mata Charan Kaur College & MCK IELTS ACADEMY, Pink Palace, Partap Nagar, Amritsar was established in 2001.

5) Mata Charan Kaur Beauty Academy was established in 2008.

6) Mata Charan Kaur Charitable Lab. Clinic, Near Tunga Wali Pully, Majitha Road, Amritsar was established in 2008. We believe that education is not just about earning degrees and certificates. So, at Mata Charan Kaur colleges, we go beyond the confines of classrooms and established curricula to unlock the hidden potential of each student. As the leader of this school I am extremely grateful to be able to continue to assist in realising our mission to taught a lesson of forgiveness, dedicated life to help the poor.

Our believe that students come first and every student can succeed. I see this played out every day in the lives of our students and staff as they strive for their best not only in the classroom, but in how they relate and treat each other.

General Rules, Requirements & Eligibilty Admission:
  1. A candidate seeking admission to the college is requird to fulfill the following requirements:

a)      To fill in all the particulars on the prescribed Admission Form, appended in the Prospectus, in his/her own hand-writing. Incomplete form will be rejected.

b)      To affix 10 passport size latest photographs including photograph on the identity card on the specified space of the Admission Form.

c)      To attach of the follwowing certificates/documents with the Admission Form.

   i)         Certified copies of certificate/detailed marks card of having passed of the lower examination with attested and original certificates.

  1. Failed/detained/absentee students from any College/University Exam will not be admitted to the college in any case.
  2. Such students whose result of the lower examination is notified as Compartment/Result Later by any Board or University except our college students who appeared as regular candidates, will not be allowed admission to the higher class even provisionally.
  3. The principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate, if he is satisfied that the refusal is in the interest of the college.
  4. In case of serious misbehavior, indiscipline or disturbance to academic atmosphere of the college, absence from class/house test or indulgence in unfair means in any test/examination or processing mobiles in the campus, the principal has the right to impose heavy fine or cancel admission and ban his/her entry into the college.
  5. The decision of the college authorities in this regard shall be final and the creteria may be revised from time to time during admission period.
  6. Equivalent examination means that the examination duly recongnized by the Board/University.

Rules for Payment of College Dues:

  1. The date for the payment of the college dues for various classes will be fixed and notified by the Principal from time to time.
  2. A fine of Rs.100 per day will be charged for non-payment of dues in time.
  3. Non-payment of College dues within one month of the last day of payment will render the student liable to be struk off from College rolls. Studentship can be restored by paying the re-admission fee and arrears.
  4. If a student does not get his name struck off from the colleges rolls by applying to the Principal, he will be treated as on the rolls of the college and the dues will be realised for the period of absence.
  5. That the students will pay all remaining dues to the institution in time. The students understand that dues once paid are not refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.

For the Attention of Parents and Students:

  1. The parents and the students are required to read the Prospectous carefully before signing the admission form. The total responsibilty of having read the rules and regulations shall be upon the parents and the students and they shall be bound by same.
  2. Each student is issued an Indentity Card which he/she must always carry and shall produce whenever ask the college authorities. No student will be allowed to enter the College premises without the Identity Card.
  3. Attendance of the students in all college seminars, functions and celebrations is compulsory.
  4. The lecture statements of students falling short shall be displayed on the college Notice Board. Any student falling short of lectures as prescribed by the Board/University shall not be issued the roll number.
  5. If I have any problem, If I will take any legal action or i will file any petition against institute/college. It should be in the local jurisdiction of the institutional area.

House Examinations:

  1. Attendance in the House Test conducted by the College is compulsory. Any student who fails to appear in this test will not qualify for the final Board/University examination.
  2. A student is admitted to the Board/University Examintaion only when he/she fulfils the above mentioned condition.
  3. The student falling short of 80% required attendance shall not be eligible to appear in the final Board/University exam.
  4. If candiadte will not appear in the exam in their current period of the course, then next year the management is not responsible for any mis-happening.

Rules Regarding Attendance:

  1. The students shall be required to attend the lectures as prescribed by the Mata Charan Kaur Group of Institutes. As per the univeristy rules no lecture can be condoned.
  2. The name of the student who remains absent without permission for more than a fortnight will be struck off the college rolls.
  3. Lectures are to be counted upto the last working day before the commencement of the preparatory holidays.
  4. The principal may condon the shortage in lectures as per the ordiances of Mata Charan Kaur College, applicable time to time. While condoning the shortage, if any, the Principal will consider the conduct, behavior and general performance of the student. The student falling short of lectures shall be liable to be detained.
